3-Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Oreo Truffles

Add all of the ingredients (Oreos, vegan cream cheese, creamy salted peanut butter) to a food processor and pulse on high until a uniform, crumbly dough forms. You should be able to roll it into balls in your hands. If the dough doesn't hold together, add 3 tbsp coconut flour and pulse through until well combined. Roll the dough into balls and place on a plate. Set in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Once cold, melt chocolate of choice and dunk each ball until coated completely. Place back on the plate and freeze again until set. Enjoy straight from the freezer or thawed!
