Broccoli Cheddar Soup Bowls

To a stovetop pot add the butter and heat until warm. Toss in the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic and sautee until fragrant. Add the flour and mix until absorbed. Add the bone broth and stir to combine. After a few minutes add the carrots and broccoli and stir until everything is well coated. After the veggies have significantly reduced (20-25 min) add the cream and cheese and stir. Cook until the mixture is thick and creamy, then plate and serve!
