What you need

chocolate chips

1 oz chocolate chips

coconut oil

1 fl oz coconut oil

sprinkles

white chocolate chips

1 oz white chocolate chips

maple syrup

2 tbsp maple syrup

cashew butter

¼ cup cashew butter

fine sea salt

1 pinch fine sea salt

oat flour

4 tbsp oat flour

unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Mix all of the above (cashew butter, maple syrup, almond milk, oat flour, sea salt, sprinkles, white chocolate chips) in a bowl until a uniform batter forms. Roll into six balls and place into mini cupcake liners. Freeze for 10-15 minutes to set. Then drizzle with melted chocolate (melt a few handfuls of chocolate chips with some coconut oil and pour over top). Sprinkle with chopped nuts if using and place back in freezer to set!
