Instructions

Crush 1/2 cup of @lesserevilsnacks x RIND snacks piña colada popcorn into a mostly-crushed powder (you can use a food processor, but the author prefers by hand to keep some texture). Add in 1/2 cup of honey, 1/3 cup tahini, and 2 scoops vanilla protein powder. Mix until a sticky and well-combined mixture forms. Transfer to a cupcake lined muffin tray and freeze for 10 minutes to set. Remove from freezer, coat with melted chocolate (1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted) and coconut flakes. Freeze again until the chocolate sets and enjoy!
