Chocolate Ganache Pumpkin Brownies

Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a brownie pan. Mix the eggs, syrup, and pumpkin until uniform. Then stir through the melted coconut oil and 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted together until smooth) and whisk until well combined. Add the rest of the brownie ingredients (cacao powder, coconut flour, sea salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips of choice) until a smooth, uniform batter forms. Transfer this to the brownie pan and bake for 16-18 minutes. Let cool before icing with the ganache.

For the 3 ingredient chocolate ganache, in a small bowl combine: 1/2 cup cacao powder, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, and 3 tbsp non-dairy milk. Whisk until smooth and uniform, then spread over the cooled brownies. Place in the fridge to set before slicing!
