Chocolate Zucchini Banana Bread

Set the oven to 350°F. Grate the zucchini until broken up into fine chunks (or pulse in a food processor). Put the zucchini aside. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor except for the zucchini. Blend until a thick, sticky batter forms. Fold in the zucchini. Add the batter to a loaf pan and dollop some peanut butter on top with a knife, then swirl it around. Bake for about 40 minutes and let cool completely before serving!
