Instructions

Combine all ingredients: 1 cup raw cashews, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup beet powder, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and sea salt. Blend everything together in a food processor or blender, but be sure to leave some of the cashews in pieces so it's not totally pureed. This creates a chunky texture which is preferred.
