Double Chocolate Gluten Free Nutella Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) and grease a loaf pan, then set aside. In a large bowl, add the olive oil, melted butter, and brown sugar and mix until uniform. Then stir through the mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, and nutella, whisking until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour blend, cacao powder, sea salt, cinnamon, and baking powder until uniform. Add the wet mixture to the dry and fold until everything is completely mixed, being careful not to overmix! Stir through chocolate chips if you like them in the batter itself. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and top with more chocolate chips (a mix of dark and semi-sweet is suggested). Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
