Instructions

Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper. Add soft, pitted, and opened dates onto the sheet and spread them out evenly. Press down to squish the dates together (you can put another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out with a rolling pin or water bottle to flatten if needed). Pour over a generous amount of pistachio butter/spread. Next, sprinkle on handfuls of roughly chopped raw pistachios. Finally, top with melted chocolate (to melt, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of the pistachio butter for an extremely smooth and rich texture). Place in the freezer to set for at least an hour before removing and breaking into pieces with your hands. Enjoy!
