gluten-free chocolate chip freezer cookies

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a cookie sheet. In a bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter and coconut sugar. Add in egg and vanilla and beat again until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate of choice. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto the sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
