Instructions

Mix all ingredients (aside from the cereal) in a bowl. Once a smooth mixture forms, stir through the cereal. Roll the mixture into balls, place on a plate, and move to the freezer to set for a few minutes. Remove the balls from the freezer and dip each one in melted chocolate. To melt chocolate, combine roughly 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 tbsp coconut oil and microwave in two 30-second increments, stirring in between. Place the bites back into the freezer to set. These are best enjoyed within the first two days for optimal cereal crunch.
