Instructions

First, make the green juice: blend together 3-4 large stalks of celery, about 1 cup of spinach, about 1 cup of kale, about 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and about 1 cup of water in your blender until smooth. Transfer the blended mixture to your JUV juicer, press down to separate the pulp from the juice. Pour the remaining juice out into a large ice cube mold/tray. Freeze until the ice cubes are fully set. To serve, portion out the green juice ice cubes into a glass and top with your favorite seltzer water or club soda. Enjoy!
