This pesto came out so beautiful that I couldn’t help but admire it before it got all tossed up. Had this for lunch yesterday before class instead of a salad because it was (is) tundra out there and I needed something hearty. This KALE AND HEMP SEED PESTO is so good, it's almost too good to be true. Paired here with @traderjoes brown rice and fusilli pasta!
