My little sister is born on leap year so her real birthday only comes around every 4 years. Aka she’s only 4, but we celebrated her 19th a few days ago. She’s allergic to tree nuts so I had to get creative for her birthday treat. The result? These *nut-free* fluffy chocolate chip cookies. Baking without almond flour is definitely foreign to me but I’ll be making these more often! Plus almond flour is like, really expensive…my wallet is thanking me!
