Instructions

Spread your favorite yogurt onto a parchment paper lined plate. To make the quick cookie dough, mix 3 tbsp creamy salted peanut butter, 3 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/3 cup almond flour together until a dough forms. Break the dough into crumbles and sprinkle over the yogurt. Next, crush 1/2 cup of LesserEvil Snacks Himalayan pink popcorn into a mostly-crushed powder (you can use a food processor, but by hand keeps some texture). Sprinkle over the yogurt as well. Lastly, toss in some chocolate chips and transfer the plate to the freezer to set completely. This takes about 2 hours! Once set, remove from the freezer and break into bite sized chips. Enjoy!
