add all of the crust ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough forms. press into a brownie pan (i used a small tupperware) and place in the fridge to set for five minutes. while that’s setting, make the caramel layer by adding all of those ingredients to a new bowl and mixing until smooth/uniform. pour this over the crust layer and place back in the fridge to set for a few minutes. melt the chocolate and coconut oil (i use the microwave in two 30 second increments, stirring in between). once smooth, pour over the caramel, spread evenly, and place in the freezer for set for at least 2 hours. remove, let thaw for a few minutes, slice, and store in the fridge!
