Sausage & Broccoli Pasta

Start by boiling the pasta water in a stovetop pot. While that’s boiling, cook your sausage/meat as desired and set aside. Steam the broccoli florets next—add them to a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil and cook for 4 minutes. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and add it back to the pot. Set the pot over low heat, and add in the Parmesan, hummus, garlic, lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, and sea salt/pepper. Give everything a good mix, then stir through the cooked sausage and broccoli. Make sure everything is well combined and the cheese has completely melted before plating and serving!
