Sticky Orange Tofu Bowls

Preheat an airfryer to 400F. Add the cubed tofu, olive oil, and cornstarch to a tupperware container and shake a few times to combine everything. Transfer the tofu to a prepared air fryer tray and air fry for 10 minutes. While that’s going, prepare your broccoli by steaming it (using a microwave dish and method, or stovetop in a pot). Set aside. Remove the tofu from the air fryer. To a stovetop pan, add the garlic and tomato paste and sautee until fragrant. Then add in the rice vinegar, coconut aminos, and juice of half a naval orange. Cook on medium heat until smooth and the sauce begins to bubble. Add the air-fried tofu and stir everything together to ensure every piece is equally coated. Remove from heat and assemble your bowls! Layer the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and sticky orange tofu. Top with sesame seeds and serve while hot.
