Vegan Brownie Batter Blizzards

For the Brownies:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a brownie pan.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in 30-second increments (approximately two increments) until completely melted.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted vegan butter, prepared flax egg, and melted chocolate until smooth.
4. Add the remaining brownie ingredients: granulated sugar, cacao powder, oat flour, sea salt, baking powder, and a splash of vanilla. Mix until the batter is uniform.
5. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.

For the Milkshake:

1. In a blender, combine 1 cup ice, 1 banana, 1/4 cup vegan yogurt of choice, 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein of choice, and 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice.
2. Blend until the mixture is thick and smooth.
3. Crumble a few of the baked and cooled brownies into the blender, then stir through by hand until well incorporated.
4. To serve, drizzle the inside of your glass with melted chocolate, then pour the shake inside. Top with another brownie piece if desired and enjoy!
