Vegan & Gluten Free Copycat Cosmic Brownies

Set oven to 350F (175C) and grease a brownie tin. To a mixing bowl, add the melted vegan butter, sugar, non-dairy milk, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth, then fold through the cocoa powder until uniform. Add the flour and baking soda and fold the batter until thick and rich. Transfer to the brownie tin and bake for 25 minutes. While the brownies are baking, assemble the icing by whisking all of the icing ingredients listed together until smooth and rich. Spread over the cooled brownies, top with sprinkles, and let set in the fridge for a few minutes before slicing!
